Complete and professionally presented
Abby came to evaluate the job and make recommendations as to the type of windows and doors. We chose double-hung, triple-glazed Preservation windows and doors by Alside. Abby followed up by sending her lead measuring tech to get exact dimensions and make installation notes re: threshold modification, etc. Her estimate, though higher than wed hoped, was clear, complete and professionally presented. We signed the contract. The installation team was thorough, hard-working and focused. Everything was installed on a very long day, which stretched to 8:30 p.m. We are very pleased with the work, and with the product.
